Explaining the Crazy Toe

Lance has ugly feet. He has deformed toes and his 2nd toe is longer than the 1st which is weird looking. Now, I know there are a lot of people that don't like the way feet look but his are really weird. So I always tease him about his "crazy toe". When we had Lily at 21 weeks, she totally had his feet... the 2nd toe was longer than the 1st but her's were WAY cuter!! It really looks like Miss Thing is going to have this too. Apparently the crazy toe is dominant?! EEK!

I'm keeping this short as we're working non-stop and I'm fighting a cold and I need sleep. I would kill for some good cold meds but alas I'm stuck with toughing it out. Night night!!

That is so funny about the crazy toe, I have to tell you my experiance.

I havent seen many peoples feet in my life time. I guess I never thought to look (Now I will)
but I do know what my Mom, her sisters, my cousins toes look like. And they all have crazy toes. I didnt know that until now.
It must not be so dominating because I didnt get it and all my life, I thought I was the one with the weird looking feet. I thought it was normal to have your second toe bigger than your big toe. And one kid said I had "boat feet" which I thought that meant since my second toe is shorter (or about the same size stretched out) as my big toe, that I had boat feet =*(
So despite the fact that I now have no idea what boat feet are. At least I know I dont have the abnormal feet, I have the cute feet and it's my moms that are deformed and ugle (hee-hee)
Wow- You just totally helped me break though a childhood insecurity. How much do I owe you for that ::wink::

OMG can you believe you only have 15 weeks to go!

I guess since I'm 16+ weeks now and it just didnt seam long to get here, 15 weeks just seams so short.
But I guess the end is the longest part of pregnancy.

Both my mom and mother-in-law have a slightly longer second toe. My daughter has this also. I guess that recessive gene got through. We've always said that it's a sign of intelligence. :)

Maybe the longer it gets the more intelligent you are? Or maybe the other way around. :)

Okay, here it is from the source. I admit, the longer second toe looks funny, but I'm going to defend all the people with similar feet. Maybe long second toes are normal...and the people with short second toes are goofy! DW, I don't think I have ugly feet. My feet aren't even deformed. (Your description sounds like I have the same feet Jim Carey did in the movie "Dumb & Dumber." Does everyone remember the scene when the person doing his pedicure uses a power grinder on his 3 toe nails?) I even took a picture of my feet with my phone to show you all :) (But it's late and I can't figure out how to add a picture to this post.) I'm too tired. Happy snow day to you all!
